By using Hey Memora, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Hey Memora application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Hey Memora is a mobile application that allows you to create flashcards using artificial intelligence and study them using spaced repetition algorithms. The service is available in free and premium tiers.

3. User Accounts

You can use Hey Memora as a guest or create an account using your email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Free and Premium Plans

Hey Memora offers a free plan with limited AI card generation (20 cards/day) and premium plans with expanded features. Premium subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Hey Memora to: generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights; attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application; share your account credentials with others; use automated systems to access the service beyond normal use.

6. Intellectual Property

The flashcards you create are yours. Hey Memora retains ownership of the application, its design, code, and algorithms. The AI-generated content is provided as-is and you are responsible for verifying its accuracy.

7. AI-Generated Content

Flashcards generated by our AI are created using third-party AI models. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free. You should review and verify all generated content before relying on it for critical purposes.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are governed by the respective store's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon termination, your data will be deleted from our servers.

10. Limitation of Liability

Hey Memora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, inaccurate AI-generated content, or service interruptions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
